Who I Am
I have always been fascinated by the human experience. My desire to understand it has taken many twists and turns, and ultimately led me to working with others in the intimate process of self-discovery and growth. This work is about unshackling ourselves from limitations and discovering how much more is available to us right now.There was a time when I felt hopeless, like I was destined to watch my life pass me by. Through a deep and honest connection with someone who met me where I was, and knew how to guide me forward, I experienced my life change in ways I never thought possible.I believe that living as our authentic selves, exactly as we are in this moment, is where true freedom starts. It is the best (and only) jumping-off point towards a richer life. Helping people to find their truth and bring it out into the light is some of the most meaningful work I know.
What I Do
This is a client-centered, non-directive, intuitively led path to mental and emotional health. This means I work with whatever the client brings into the space in real time, and lead them to realizations about their own innate capacity to live a creative, meaningful life with ease of mind.I help clients strengthen their psychological "immune system" to minimize or entirely protect them from the impact of adverse events and circumstances.
